Kaya (body) — Bodha (awareness) is a practice of gradual contraction and release, combining relaxation techniques to release tension and cultivate calm, agility, and inner balance. It is a conscious skill and living art accessible to all bodies, ages, and levels.
You can use the contact form on this page to express your interest. We offer live online sessions with schedules adapted worldwide, including specific time slots for India IST.
No experience is needed. All bodies, all ages, and all levels are welcome. The practice is designed to meet you where you are.
For our India IST schedules, access is INR 1500/month with unlimited participation. For other regions and private sessions, please contact us for details.
